That film did a good Job focusing on things that cause Wobble and Weave but mainly focused on within speed limits. There are other things that can start it at high speed. The problems and issues are still the same but you do not see it till it starts and control of it becomes a major issue.
Bad tires or underinflated at high speed can start wobble and weave at high speed when road the surface changes so if going from a smooth surface to a ruff surface changes how the front wheel reacts.
Leaving the ground 1 or both wheels like going over a bump or hitting a depression in the road.
Hard breaking can put force on a weak tire and start it.
Changing winds especially if you have a windshield so if you are coming out of a tunnel or passing a big truck what was before a safe speed becomes a possible uncontrollable situation.
I am sure experienced riders have dealt with most of this but unexperienced riders now getting on a bike that can easily reach 100 need to know what is out there. So be prepared keep a firm grip on the bars change center of balance do not jam on the brakes and sometimes power is better to regain control till you are threw it then gradually slow. And as for learning from mistakes it typically happens so fast when you do go down that afterward you really do not know or remember what happened. To fix the problem one should not make more assumptions than the minimum needed.
