You don't necessarily need to go up anymore in jet sizes, but you may need/want to try turning the pilot screw out a 1/2 turn each to see how that helps with the decel pop.
Also, what speed do you have the idle set at...should be about 1100 rpm, if lower than that, that's another factor that can cause it to be too lean during decel when you slam the butterflies shut closing the throttle. But like Harry said, you will want to check your plugs to see how it's burning both with throttle chop as well as also running around town to check the pilot circuit.
