Well, with brazing on the tank you will end up having to repaint anyways, so what's 2 more spots......

Ah the pitfalls to another brilliant idea
Nate as you will have the brazing rod and torch going anyway this is not such a huge risk just more work and bringing on a paint job
      Does the work ever end

Nope. Gotta change up the color scheme every so often anyways.

          in progress

hi guys thanks a lot for your input! the dremel-bike brake line was sort of what I tried to no avail, I guess mine is just dead clogged. anyway after trying for several days with compressed air / wd-40 etc. I gave up on cleaning. it's probably one of the very few times I've actually given up on working on some mishap on the bike, everything else with enough patience has eventually found some solution good or bad depending how impatient I was

so I contemplated between having the whole lid assembly from my spare special tank welded as a replacement or having the pipe substituted. decided on replacement lid, but discovered the spare tank is perfect inside, so instead that tank will be repainted . since I don't weld myself, I'm having the pipe replaced and that tank also repainted.. (yes it has been cleaned with citric acid and soldered underneath and flushed multiple times with distilled water). I'm not going to have it kreemed though....

I'll see how it turns out and will let you know, thanks for the tips everyone!
