Looking for a 79 XS1100SF front end

Hey now that I'm verticle after Monday's accident and have found my bike. Does anyone have a decent front end they are looking to sell. I need at least a left fork, wheel, left rotor & caliper, front axle, front fender, speedometer drive, headlight bucket, left directional.

I believe Andreas wiess has a front end for SF. Tell him if you need the 3 tree as well.

I think I can hook you up with all those parts let me look tomorrow I am just in from Kansas City I am spending half my life there now. I think I have everything almost you need. What I have is like new I will check the parts tomorrow.

Here's what I have

left fork (I have a great pair like new right and left) you get both, wheel, left rotor & caliper you get right and left , front axle, (DO NoT HAVE front fender), speedometer drive, headlight bucket no ears, left directional.

I have everything except the fender. Wheel has a nice tire on it.

I do not know what this would cost to ship and I am a novice at shipping but I am 5 hours south of you.


You can have it for $175 plus shipping or come get it its my good stock no rust looks like new. Check with Andreas he might have everything complete and knows shipping costs

Thanks very much sounds like a great a deal to me. Do you have a triple clamp also. I don't have any experience with shipping either. But I'm sure we can figure it out. Can you pm me with photos And we'll make arrangements.

One thing about the shipping. Put the forks in a square box if possible, NOT a long box!! UPS driver DO play baseball with the long boxes, and have been known to do damage to multi-thousand dollar parts.....

Hi Ron,
This sounds like a great excuse for a ROAD TRIP
With pictures ofcourse. The FedEx/UPS charge will buy the first tank of gas

Road Trip

Ron will be here Saturday for the parts I hope to have everything to get him back on the road and share a ride this spring!

Just glad to help a friend after what happened to him least we can do just not right I am glad he is OK the bike we can fix
