In all my years of working on my bikes, I have yet to hear of someone "blowing" the MC to bleed the brakes. Was that a Playboy article, lol?

        lol

I figured it would push the fluid down the hose, I have no way to suck it down the hose from the banjo

The fluid isn't going to flow unless the brake handle is pulled back a bit. If you've got a Harbor Freight around you they sell a brake bleeder kit for about $25. A small price to pay to keep from busting a blood vessel.
I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.

I don't have a pic but if it was any simpler a monkey could do it. You just stick it in the hole in the front of the brake lever. It has a couple little clips on it, and you just line up the clips with the slots and it just snaps in place.

                Pin

the pin only holds the spring one way does the pointer way that the spring goes over go into the handle first then clip on the cable

I'm not sure what you're saying. The little plunger on the brake light switch shouldn't come out. Are you saying you've got it in pieces? Got a pic?

Got a pic of the plastic cup with the clips on the end of the wire?

What I'm thinkin' is the long end probably goes back in the cup with the spring on the cup side. The way those switches work is, when the lever is all the way out it pushes in on the pin, and interrupts the circuit. When you pull the lever in it allows the pin to move out and complete the circuit.
