That's one of the things I like about non-resistor caps. There's nothing in 'em to go bad, and they're a lot cheaper than resistor caps. You can get a set of NGK non-resistor caps at O'Reilly for $5.56 + tax.
I've heard others say that if you've got resistor plugs with resistor caps it can cause a weak spark. Using that logic, I'm wondering if old 15Kv coils might spark better with non-resistor caps and stock non-resistor plugs. JAT
