Middle Gear/Final Gear screw problems

I need some advice. I can not for the life of me release the middle and final gear fill screws. Are these screws reverse threaded? I really want to change the oil in there and have ACCIDENTALLY rounded off the top of these screws. I also have been soaking them in WD_40 every night and they still wont budge. I was also wondering when I do get them off does anyone sell a replacement screw that would be easier to take off in the future?
