I do have an ultrasonic cleaner, but it only holds 1 carb body at a time. The good news is all the bowels WILL fit at once. I have pinesol in it, and it has a heater, so it runs up to 160F to help clean. If no one closer has one, go ahead and ship them out USPS and I'll make sure they are clear and clean! you tube vids of cleaners

What do you think Ray, do those youtube vids provide any good ideas for making a cleaner up.????? I really would like to make a big one, plastic basket cleaner,, and I have a jitterbug sander already and a couple of pails etc, and a gallon of real pinesol. Let me try some other things first before I mail my carbs to the other side of the country. Ive got bikes to ride now, so its not like I am itching insanely to ride the MNS. If its not finished in sept, oh well, I will have cooler weather to work.

Regarding the bowls,, the bowls are clear, there is no impediment in the holes in the bowls at all, they all spray very clear. What I am having trouble with, is downstream of the bowls, in the body of the carb, after the gas goes thru that brass tube, which has the hole in the base, near the mating surface of the bowl and carb body. That brass tube is clear, right to the base of the carb, but beyond that, there is no action with CCspray at all, it just blows out the hole, or back in my face. I am going to continue to try to load that brass tube with CC spray or B12, and poke it with my carb cleaner wires. Only on number three, am I getting any soft material that is loose enough to stick to the wire when I pull it out. I will continue to try the B12 and wires though while I play with the vibration idea.
