My cousin has gotten into a tight and needs to sell his special, all original, around 18,000 miles, runs great, he road it to thunder beach a few weeks ago, no trouble, we hit speeds of over 100 mph, on several occassions. bike has been in the weather at times has some rust, not much, the headers are the worst hit, could be rechromed, stock original exhaust. new rear tire, will take $800 for it, if I had the funds I would buy it, even though, I have three 79 xs 1100 standards already. Do you have any pictures? I got my XS 1100 Special last year and I love it...so does my brother who may be in the market. I'll check with him and please post some photos if possible. Where is the bike located? -
