Do all float valve seats have screens?

Mine don't, I don't know if I should replace them, or if they're supposed to be that way.

One of my needles no longer has the springiness in the pin/bumper, so I have to replace that needle. Gonna replace the seat o-rings as well, and just wondering if I should do the seats while I'm already paying shipping for a tiny items.

Yes I would replace them.

Yes but there are two types that are removable and they aren't interchangable and there is another seat out there that has a screen built right into it.
