  • Oil Level Gauge Dip Stick

Has anyone made one of these? What material did you use?

I found one on Ebay but was like $20.

You can make it out of cardboard for a one-time use or plastic. I wanted a more permanent one so I used a piece of 1"x1/8" aluminum flat bar. Anything that measures will work. Be accurate

Once you un-can a can of worms, the only way to re-can them is with a bigger can.

I just scored marks into a screwdriver that I have in my bike toolset.

        Shaboom.. Multi-use tool.

I used the printable PDF sheet to index the marks on the screwdriver.
        1) Fire up Internet Explorer
        2) http://www.yahoo.com
        3) type "www.mapquest.com" into the Yahoo search page.
        4) go about day as VP managing multi-million dollar financial contracts.

          Bill,

Go here to get the printable, disposable dipsticks:

          Marshall Ringler's Website

Once there, scroll down through the "Resources for riders" section on the right side of the page, and you'll find the link.
