BA80, MP Seal-Mate is your leaky forks friend, and for the $6 won't 'lighten' your pockets near as much as new seals
. Most LD riders carry one on their bike at all times. Re-use as many times as needed. Problem being, majority of time when a seal starts puking, it's due to a piece of foreign material that stuck(bugs,dirt, etc.)to slider, and dust deal disturbed it on compression, loosening it and next compression stroke drug it off UNDER dust seal and it eventually got caught under the oil seal lip. Very common when moto-x racing, and 'back in the day' we used a piece of 35mm film to accomplish the same thing, although whatever was caught got pushed internal. But it allowed you to complete the next moto without trashing the front brake pads.
This item, used correctly, will actually grab and pull out the seal annoying foreign matter. Worked for me on my Venturer a few yrs. ago and no leak since. True, I don't ride mine NEAR as much as you, but three yrs. and 4,000mi. later, dry as a bone.
I first pulled up dust seal, held a shop paper towel around the recesssed area and blasted a bunch of Brak-Kleen, blowing out oil from leak and other matter that may have resided down in there, then used the SealMate. Actually saw the spec of whatever was in there on the hook leading edge of SealMate when I drawed it around the tube inserted thru seal.
Worth a shot buddy, and can 'save your bacon'(and brake pads) out on the road.

Well.......since I can't resist commenting, and 'alls quiet' from others....bummer dude! NoLeak seals were mis-named, and not only way back when, WELL documented here as being such, but also in the local areana here, street and dirt. Besides, you'd think there was something wrong if I didn't pick on you on occassion. Hope you have better luck!

Aww Brant, it isn't all bad. With a lifetime warranty, all he'll be out is the labor of taking the sliders off when they leak, and hoping that the company honors the warranty.
