Ian, the first time I really got into the engine, I put it back together with one sprocket correct and the other 180 out. I rode her that way for a couple of months until I read a thread on here about those marks. I will say that she ran okay, but not 100%. Of course, with my wrenching, I never know if it was the sprocket, or a weak synch, or an unknown vac leak, bad pick-up wires, blah, blah, blah.... Hell, I've been running on three cylinders for a while and just figured it was time for some carb work.

Lol LoHo. Well, I was able to start her up, and sync. the carbs just now. Sounds good. I'm not used to that little weep hole on the bottom of the exhaust (Left muffler is a 1980 muffler).

Gotta run to Kroger to buy a turkey baster for reverse-bleeding the front brakes, as I cannot find the one I've been using. Hopefully they have the non-needle one. If I get the brakes bled, I'll be able to check the tune on the mixture screws.
