      Thanks

I did not know what to call it on ebay, bike is still stalling and today was hard to start on a warm start. I probably really need to put rebuilding and syncing them on the front burner. Carb rebuilt kits run 25.00 ea on ebay and the 100.00 is a little tight right now. Lol maybe get one a week for a bit.

Thanks for all your help all.

        Hey Jeff,

Most of the times, you don't need a whole carb rebuild kit. Cleaning the jets and such instead of replacing them us usually all that's needed. The 80 Special has the Viton Tipped float valve needles, and they can get a groove worn in them after several years, and so IF they are leaking, just replace them, otherwise, you can reuse them also. Best to replace the O-ring around the float valve SEAT. Main thing you may need is the float bowl gasket, along with several cans of squirt/spray carb cleaner and compressed air if you don't have an air compressor.

thanks TC, I think those parts all come in the rebuild kit. Booger did it to me again today, switched to res and didn't clear up till I switched to prime for a minute Then cleared up switched to regular and ran like new.
