    I will never complain

I will never complain again about removing and cleaning my xs 11 carbs . I just got finished removing and cleaning the carbs on a Honda v45 Sabre. 10 times worse than cleaning my carbs. LOL. Later 'Dog

    Hey Scalded Dog,
My friend just bought a 82 honda sabre VF750S a few weeks ago. I wathced him pull the carbs off of it and it looked like it was much worse thanan XS11. I have helped him clean them, and they are going back on the bike soon. I can't wait to take it for a spin. I have rode a V65 Magna several years ago, and loved it . I have heard for a 750 cruiser the magnas and sabres were pretty fast.
Looks kinda like the VMX1200 Vmax enigne, and that can't be too bad.

But this bike was give to me, already had it cranked and running on starting fluid, so I know it will run, .I havn't put the carbs back on yet , I bent the clamps while I was taking, yanking them off. My friends would start and run, but ran poorly off idle. We found 1 bad carb diagphragm and the usual carb sludge. He is going to try them in a few days, after he gets them on the bike.
