    Ignition switch lock reassembly

I hope someone can guide me through this. How do I get it back together?

CMIIW but I beleive the key needs to be inserted and turned? to get the tumblers to recede so the cylinder will slide in the bore . . . I think

Yes. Key in. Don Glardon's tip either didn't make that clear, or I skimmed right over it. I either got it, or maybe it's 180 out. Lost time looking for tiny spring. Fortunately, my bride found it.

          Good deal Marty.

I was able to manipulate the tumblers on my second helmet lock so my ignition key works all locks now.
