I opened up a tach i jut bought and seeing 2 of the bulbs are not plugged in. The neuyral and high beam. One bulb has a brown and baby blue wire, the other is brown and green. Which goes where?

Then I guess the 2 navy/black wires are the back lighting? someone jacked this tach all up. I took it apart to change a rusty nut. Glad I did.Rob - 79 SFComment
