I asked the same question
about HID vs other headlights some time back.
I went with the Cibie round headlight conversion as I have a Special that Crazy Steve recommended over the others.
I also got a 100/90 lamp and a ceramic plug although if it is to hot I can dial it back with one of the lights mentioned back up the thread.
That LED lamp is pricey but it would probably never need replacement, run cooler and always give consistent output.79 SF & 80 LG MNS

Light fits in the standard 6024 bucket. Plug it in and attach the headlight ring on the Windjammer. It projects a wall of light and even stretches out to the shoulders of the roadway. The headlight kinda looks like a fish eye on the bike when it is off. It's been a while since I posted a pic but I'll try to post something this week.Originally posted by skids View Post
