      Hi Tim,
The only windshield listed for EMGO I do not know if it will fit.

There are plenty of windshields by other manufacturers to fit the XS11.

The Emgo Viper Fairing fits the XS Eleven about as well as it fits anything else. Keep in mind that you usually get what you pay for, and this fairing is as cheap as they come.

Here's a video with very good detail about what you get along with an attempted installation on a Honda Sabre. I don't think you could see a better critique.

          Hey Timo

I was looking at those emgo's that Marty is showing and really decided the same as the video that it just didn't do enough in the looks department to be worth my while. I found this on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/181494837694...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT and I have to admit I like the look of this one a lot more then the emgo. Of course the price is a bit prohibitive for what you are getting. I kept searching and found this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/191186649100...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT. Looks to me like the very same fairing at half the price from a US vendor. I am assuming here that you are looking at these more for the looks then the functionality. Good luck on whatever you decide.

            I have

one of those on one of my RD's.

If I recall correctly I bought and installed it back in the late 80's.
It's ok as far as it can be made to fit easily, just make sure you use rubber washers to dampen the vibration at the mounting points.

It is fairly thin and will crack/break if you try hanging lights off of it. (DAMHIKT)

I have Vetter fairings on 2 of my bikes. I like the Emgo-like look for the 3rd. If it is too cheap, I would buy something more substantial.

If you watched the video, it clearly shows the flaws in the Emgo fairing. It is substantial enough to do the job. I've had a couple folks tell me it improved fuel economy.

Here is another source: Hotwing Glass
It's not listed, but I know he has this one as well.

                also Emgo.

                Here's a little mounting help.

                  Maier Fairing for XS1100

This one works on the XS1100. Same fairing that Bob Jones used on his custom bikes back in the day. Can be had at http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...aier%20fairing.

Here are a couple more vids on the fairing install. They would apply equally to the Maier fairing Mike posted.

That 1st link was pure crap. I got some "malware notification" from Norton, which I am not even using on my computer... Just saying. No fault of yours I am sure.

                        just

an ebay link... strange that you got a malware notice on an ebay link???? I don't get that ... I am using windows 8.1 with Norton security suite. Just curious whether ebay needs to know this.

I have this one. It's ABS plastic and does nothave to be painted, if you want it black. ***MAKE SURE YOU BUY the mounting kit. Otherwise you will be customizing.

****Also just snug the window bolts. If you tighten too much it cracks the windshield.

Other than that I love the look.
