  • Back to the project

I had to stop working on my rebuild for many months due to having other things to get done. But since the weather is starting to get cooler and less humid, it was time to get started again.

Today I painted the frame using the KBS system and a spray gun. Turned out looking good.

Next step is to start putting the engine back together and start transferring components to the frame.

It's their 3-step system: KBS Klean, Rust Blaster and Rust Seal. I followed it with their black topcoat. The paint is self-leveling so you can use a brush or a spray gun. I used the gun.
