Ok, try unplugging the large plug in the TCI and see if it blows.

Assume that happens with the key on and not off. Definitely gotta' short in that prim. ign. circle somewhere.

OK, I think your going to have to check the wiring harness for a short. The only thing that fuse goes to is the ballast resistor and the TCI. Other than that it's just wiring.

One MORE thing you might want to try just for giggles, unplug the kill switch and try and blow another fuse by hooking the two red/white wires together in the harness end. Maybe you'll get lucky and the short is in the kill switch itself.

I was thinking the same thing with trying to cross the wires in the switch. Will try that this evening when I get back from national night out.

It plugs in up under the tank, just unplug it and eliminate the switch entirely and jump those wires.

Naw........fix the problem. The contacts or spring in there could of slipped causing to short across.............but you'll never know unless you take it apart. Least would be one thing to eliminate out of the equation as causing a problem.........clean all them pieces while your there.

Brant, I'm just trying to help him figure out WHERE the problem is. Go back and read the last few posts before you interject please.

He doesn't need to FIX anything until he knows where the problem is coming from.

As a handy substitute for a fuse, rig up a head light lightbulb with some leads that can be placed in the fuse terminals, to replace the fuse. If it lights full bright, you have a short.
                      And its reusable.

Indeed I did it ended up being in the kill switch where I had previously screwed them together and they were grounding to the handlebars...yeah some times you just want to bang your head on the wall.

So now that's done and I even rode it to work today but then found that my blinkers are all messed up So the blinker on the left blinks intermittently if it so chooses to. And the Right side just stays solid. And neither turn off after the 10 seconds.
