    gas n vacumm hose routing for xs11 special

    Hi guys haven't been around for a long time I will tell you all about when I have more time, anyway had my 79 xs11 special apart for some time and don't recall which is the port of petcock for gas line or vacuum ? which one goes to the front of engine vacuum or gas line n is it the same on both sides? that whole gas n vac is the worse pile of crap in a tiny area I have ever seen, that's a frickin nightmare and please remember its a special big difference.. Thanks guys n gals I'll be bock..lol

      mrbsyammy, if you still have the stock seat and no one's fooled with it there's a sticker on the bottom of the pan with the fuel and vacuum hose diagram.

                                      I don't like to assume anything... a lot of folks remove the octy for the very reasons you specified... personally I like it although it is a bit snub when working around it.
