  • Mac 4-2

I put the Mac 4-2 taper muffs on, used Sycle Shack ceramic liner and Blue Job to finish the chrome. After a 40 mi. run last night 20 mi. of which was 70 MPH on the slab the #4 pipe is showing a slight gold color.
Doesn't sound as gutsy as it did with the stock standard head pipes and dunstall reps. but seems to have a quicker mid & top. Sounds quiet compared, wish you guys were here with your bikes !!!!! BTW brakes are working great, wonder if I can do a stoppy

    I like them

Bike sounds good with those pipes on there. Looks good too. Sounds like the bike is running great. I thought I heard a slight pop in the pipes when you decelerated the first time. Hard to really tell though you were a good ways off.

I also like your sissy bar luggage rack rig. I have been trying to get one of those so when I go on LDRs I can trap my leather bag on there to carry some things. Does our adjust so that you can lean back on it? Glad to hear your brakes are settling in. I think by watching you take off the two times you did might be one of the reasons for you low MPGs. Looks like me... can't resist twisting the throttle...

      Birds!

Whoah! That sounds great! Maybe a little lean on the mixture screws but it's idling smooth and pulling hard!

Uh, how'd you get that sci-fi flying saucer whirring kind of sound effect from the engine and exhaust in the first part of the video? That sounded sort of cool and right before the birds flew by the camera I thought I saw something flash like someone was going to pick it up and a grinning face would look in the lens before they ran off with it.

Idle sounds a tad high. Bike is absolutely beautiful! Shifts sound a little short in the end of the video. Gabe shifted like that. These bikes love a good WOT, maxed-out RPM shift. I mean, if ur gonna go all out, shift that puppy like u got a hot date . . .

Sounds great. Looked and sounded like it got a little lose on the first run, maybe some sand in the road.

Thanks, the bike had only been warmed in the drive way about 8 blocks away so that might be why the decel pop ? That luggage back rest came with PARTZILLA, it was about a ft. taller I had a local custom car shop cut it down and then I sanded and black wrinkle painted it, the pad was off my K100LT BMW. This one does not adjust forward put it on for the wiffy and now she says I'm to crazy to ride with

              Thank You,
I went and listened to that 3 times and with my bad ear (only have 1 that works 2/3-3/4) I did not hear any whirring ? That bird that flew right in front was so fast and close it looked like a ghost in one of the paranormal shows, or was that great grandma
