you are not seeing the popup win you click on that link. I am running Windows 8.1 and when I click on it, because it is a direct link to a pdf file it gives me a notification at the bottom of my browser window to open it. Don't know what operating system you are running or what browser but it may well be that the popup notification is behind your active window or you have something set in your browser not allowing this.2 - 80 LGs bought one new
