That's a National Cycle shield for which I fabricated mountings.
I cut a piece of shelving bracket to mount to the turn signal:

And a piece of flat stock to mount to the triple tree bolt:

      nice job

I see that you have that shield mounted on a standard. I have a special so I don't think that solution is viable for me. The front signals bolt into the headlight bucket on the specials. Still a nice looking windshield though and I am sure with your solution very stable. That is my dilemma, I don't want to just stick a shield on that doesn't do a good job and constantly needs adjustment. As you can see below my signature I ride a Harley too, and the windshield on it is what I am accustomed to.

Looks good. I hope it is high enough for you to prevent buffeting

The reflectors on the standard also bolt to the headlight bucket, and they clear the shield on LoHo's bike.. You should be able to install that shield with just 4 or 6 bits of flat stock. You MAY need to increase the size of the headlight opening, but that should be it.

The specials are not at all the same as the standards. From the pictures that loho posted the front signals clearly attach to the upper fork tubes. On the specials they are actually part of the headlight bucket. The for fork ears hold the bucket and the signals are actually used to stabilize that by going through the fork ears right into the headlight bucket and could not be used in the same manner as loho's in holding the windshield. I still like the windshield style though.

              Thanks LoHo and others!

I can pretty much fabricate anything within reason, so I'll see what national cycle windscreens look like and go from there. Thanks!
Bone stock 1980 Special except for the exhaust and crashbars. Oh yeah, and the scabbard for the Winchester Defender.
