Hey there Tom,
Welcome to the Forum, you'll find lots of info in the tech tips on getting your machine up and running in the best shape it can be!
But now the bad news, those Turbo kits were not made for very long at all, and we've only seen a couple posted in pictures here. It's mostly a "pipe" dream, pardon the pun!! Depending on how worn your engine is, you can beef it up with a rebore to either 1179cc or 1196 cc, but that's about the extent, unless you're wanting to put bigger bucks in and try to find head/cams and such, again, extremely hard to find, possibly have to have made. The cams and heads were machined as matching sets from the factory hence the entegral bearing cam caps!!
Don't know if you know much about these bikes, but they were the fastest/stongest muscle bike in their short era, and so you've got quite a bit of power there just stock, and the throttle response is quite quick, the name was given to it because it could turn a 1/4 mile in ~11 seconds, not just for it's 1099cc displacement! SO, fix it, saddle it up and enjoy blowing the doors off of most of the V-twins out there, as well as many of the lower cc sportbikes!!!T. C. Gresham
