My 79F has a tap broken off in an exhaust stud hole. I have a complete 80 engine, would that head work very well with the 79 engine? The valves are a bit larger on the 80. Which set of cams would be best for cruising?

No need to change heads. I fashioned a brace from the adjacent cylinder ex port, and it works very well. No leaks. The transmission works fine now. I have all the gears, and it stays in 1st under a strong pull.put something smooooth betwen your legs, XS eleven
