Headlight Mount Tube Diameter

I'm looking into some different turn signal mounting options and wanted to know if anyone know the diameter of the tubes on the headlight mount? I believe (from reading on the site) that the fork tubes are 37mm but I would like to know the size of the tubes that slide over them to hold the headlight.

I checked one and it is 39MM ID.

Do you think a 39mm turn signal clamp would work or would I need to go larger?

Just asking because if I can order something before I go home to check I will get it sooner and I want this bike done ASAP!

The OD of that tube is 42MM so if you are clamping over that tube somehow, yes I would go larger than the ID dimension of 39MM.
