Master Brake

After rebuilding both front brake calipers, found out my front master brake cylinder was leaking, so I looked and ended up buying an aftermarket. Got it installed and bleed the lines (100% no air in the lines). It now takes me pulling the brakes in twice for the brakes to work. the first pull goes to the bars, second one is how it is supposed to be. Any ideas to why this is happening?

What is the bore of the master cylinder? If you're sure all the air is gone, it may be too small.
