Swapping tanks from a special to a standard question

Well the tank I received, petcocks are a little worse for wear (to say the least), one has a nipple that is broken, and the screens are in terrible shape, so what are my options, are there complete overhaul/rebuild kits? Is there a way I can use my petcocks off my special? Is there anything else I'm going to need for this swap? Any help is appreciate, Thanks!

The petcocks from the Special won't fit. The bolt spacing is different.
