You have a standard. They have a single fuel line on the petcocks. The horizontal line is a vacuum line because the petcocks are vaccum opperated. The standards also do not and should not have the octy.
That line at the back of the tank is a drain line from the recessed gas filler area. It is supposes to be open all the way to the ground. It should bot be hooked up to anything other than the nipple on the back of the tank.
