you could look for Georgefix on Ebay and PM him. He can tell you what kit you need for the rebuild and actually sell you one. Have you figured out where it is leaking. If from the shaft area where the rod actuates the pump then the kit will help you. If you need the rubber diaphragm under the cap, they are no longer sold by Yamaha and will be harder to attain. Can still be had just a little more costly.

              just rebuilt both my mc

both came from georgefix and they are both working fine. No need to spend the extra money on OEM. Might want to pick up some red rubber grease from my earlier post and go ahead and check the calipers and front master while you are at it. If the rear is giving you problems then for safety's sake I would spend the time to look at the entire braking system. Time well spent IMHO.

I'll look for this grease you speak of...I've never heard of grease for rebuilding masters..

                  Makes it easier to assemble

And the RRG just melts away when you start pumping the brake fluid when you bleed your calipers. The RRG is good in the calipers when you put the caliper seal in. I also coated the caliper pistons with the stuff which made them a snap to slide back into the caliper. I was also able to bleed my calipers much quicker then when I did not use the stuff. As I stated in another thread I have also replace my brake lines with SS and that may have also contributed to the easier bleeding. Hopefully you can find some of the stuff. Check out my other post on the subject... I provided a link to pick up 500g for as cheap as I have found it.
