From your pic the front rotor looks smaller in dia. than the rear, but it may be just the way the steering is turned, now that I really look at it.

All three rotors should be the same diameter, just can't remember exactly what the measurement is ATM.

A Cafe, nicely completed, using these older bikes for a platform sometimes come out pretty good although, just for me, the XS11 is too bulky of a bike to use for a Cafe.

Now the street fighter look I like:

1980 XS1100G "Dolly G" Full Dresser (with a coat of many colors )
    1979 XS1100SF (stock-euro mods planned)
    1984 XV700L Virago (to be hot-modded)
    1983 XJ750MK Midnight Maxim (semi-restored DD)
    1977 XS650D ( patiently awaiting resto)

Sometimes it takes a whole tank of gas before you can think straight.

      Diameter?

CMIIW, but isn't the brake rotor diameter supposed to be 298mm?

P.S. What a great looking street fighter!

That's a killer street fighter! Today I had an idea in regards to the gold plating. I am thinking about gold leafing some accents. And clearing over leaf with automotive urethane. Never tried leafing but I am a little familiar with the process. Can't hurt to test it out on a part that I'm not going to use.
