now that bike is running what other maintenance do i have to do? changed all the fluids - did carbs - oiled cables - cked brakes -cked clutch - cked lights - everything seems to be in working order. didn't take drive shaft out. didn't take steering head apart. didn't change fork oil yet. what weight oil should i use 80 1100 sg with full fairing. also, how much fluid do the forks hold? did put in new plugs and cked battery. if anyone can think of anything else that i need to do please let me know. it would be greatly appreciated.

The manual supplement for the SF says to use 225 cc or 7.61 oz 10 weight Yamaha fork oil in each fork.

I would also check battery fluid level, clean battery cable connections, check nuts and bolts, particularly the header nuts. Check the cam chain adjustment. Otherwise it looks like you have most regular stuff covered.
