    Headlight & Dash Lights gone

So this morning when I get ready to head off to work I push the Iron Horse out of the barn and into the driveway and fire it up.
When it starts I notice that I have no Headlight or dash lights.
    The fuses look o.k.
I have turn signals and neutral light and even the low fuel light was on.
Where is a good place to start checking for a wire that supplies both the headlight and the dash lights???

You need to check your alternator output and the connection going to the headlight relay.

I got it. It was time to replace the 30 year old fuse block. I been wanting to do that anyhow. It now has the new style fuses in it and it is working wonderfully!

        Thanks!

I need to do the same thing. I have the new fuse block, just need to take the time and do it. There has been a couple times now, that has happened.
