Guys the headlight on the XJ comes on with the key. Searching the wireing diagram does not show a headlight relay. We also changed out the headlight control box back by the battery with one from a bike that worked. On first key turn the head light did not come on which was great. We started it up and the headlight worked as it should. Shut it down and as soon as we turned the key the light came on so we were back to square one. Any suggestions? Trying to get this bike ready to join the fun at the XS Southeast rally at the end of the month

The XJ headlight comes on with the key, and if the wiring hasn't been altered, only goes out when the starter button is pressed. The XJ button has an extra set of contacts for the light. There is no relay.Fast, Cheap, Reliable... Pick any two
