  • What does this wire go to??

I was replacing some loose connectors and found a wire that I can't find what it is for in the wiring diagram. The wire is green with a yellow strip on it. Neither my clymers or my yamaha manual show a green/yellow wire......

It is up in the headlight bucket area, I didn't trace back to see where it goes cause the fairing is majorly in the way. It was hard enough to get the crimper on there to put a new connector on.

According to the drawing that I've got, the green with yelllow up front is for the stop switch for the front brake handle switch.

Well heck, I hope you are right! That would probably solve my random electrical power loss that I have recently developed. Bike would just totally shut off randomly then come back on after a couple seconds.
