Doing some pricing and research regarding the chain swap and other bits. Would the swinger and front end from an fj1100 or 1200 work on an xs11. Would it be much of an upgrade front end wise?72 Cb900 C

I doubt the swingarm would be anywhere even close to being able to work. The FJ11 front end will fit with some modification, the forks are beefier and set further apart than the XS, but they are still damper rod forks.2H7 (79) owned since '89
