    Hazard lites

Buy a flasher and a off /on switch, and wire them into your signal lites, you do have signal lites dont you , lol. Im not an electrican but it should be quite simple. Any automitive flasher will do the job, but maybe someone with more expertise can help tell you how to wire it up.....MITCH

The XJ and maybe '81 XS models have built-in hazard (4-way) flashers. Switch is on right handlebar way down low. If you can adapt one of these the switch looks stock and already has some wiring attached. Schematic should show how the system is wired.

My 80g has flashers. I also have a factory service book with complete schematics if you need them.
