    carb balance

    Just wondwering if it is possible to effectively balance my carbs using the TWIN set of carbtune 11 instruments I have from when I had a BMW Boxer twin? Or do I need to purchase a set of four?

    If it is possible any tips would be gladly accepted!!

      Anything is possible, but it will be harder to do.

      Sync 1 and 2, then 3 and 4 and then 2 and 3 or 1 and 4 or 1 and 3 or 2 and 4.

      After you get 1 and 2 the same and 3 and 4 the same you can set the left side carbs to the right side carbs and you should be in pretty good shape.

          Thanks for the reply Bill,

          tried last night and got what seemed to be reasonable balance (compared to what they were). Bit rough on the pick-up now so will try again and keep at it untill I'm satisfied with the results.
