any idea who owns this bike?

Was doing my usual google search for ideas and came across this bike and wondered if any of you might know who owns it? It's similar to what I had in mind for mine. I know a lot of you don't like hacking up these bikes but mine was pretty much hacked up when i got it so I might as well finish the job lol

I don't know that one.But there was a guy a few years back that built one kind of similar and it was a very nice job. I think his handle was dirtybubble. I will see if I can find a pic here.
