    Vacuum gas leak?

    Is it possible for the bike to leak gas into the engine through a petcock vacuum hose?

    Tis' possible..........and has happened to a member many years back, IIRC.

      On the XS650 when the vacuum diaphragm holes on the petcock, yes.

      I don't know if the octi could do the same but why not ?
