i have been looking for a wide white wall tire for my bike both front and back, the front is no problem, but the rear i have not been able to find (i have a 17inch rear) but i found this tonight http://www.hackersyamaha.com/pages/Catalog/Product/9695

everywhere else i look lists this tire as a black wall tire. does anyone know anything about these tires, and also can this be a misprint. If it is what it says it is then i dont have to change to the 16 to get a whitewall. any help will be appreciated.

    Hi Nightengale,
    A quick search of Google.

mentions Blackwall everyone else makes no mention of white wall so I would suspect yout vendor is mistaken.
Have you tried a Harley shop as that style is popular with HD riders.

The photo does not seem to be of a WW, of course they are showing one tire and giving descriptions of many ?
The Challenger lasts forever, only had one on a bike I picked up years ago so this may not apply. I had 9 bikes in the garage at the time and a bud came in from out of town, we went for a ride and got caught in a rain. Coming to a stop light I stopped, my friend slide right past me sideways and half way into the intersection, drum brakes on both identical bikes. I will not use Challengers ever again. JMO, if your just going to burn it off on nice days, cool but in the rain take it ever so lightly.

I have this same tire. I like it much better than the Shinko that I have on front. It is indeed a black wall tire.
