Thanks Jerry, Could I make this gasket? If so what material should I use?

I've cut gaskets before, bought rolls of gasket material from auto parts stores, "medium" thickness. This gaskets is only a couple dollars, though, and it will cost more for gasket material than that. However, you could probably use some Permatex or other gasket-forming stuff instead. Old trick used on Brit bikes was to use a piece of silk thread with gasket goop on the mating surfaces, thread created a small void where the goop could form up and make a good seal insted of squishing out from between the parts.

          Hey there again SideKick,

Yes, I've made most of my gaskets, used a pen to trace out the outline and then cut it out with scissors or exacto/razor, and a rubber mallet to make an impression for the inside edge, used a single hole puncher to punch out the holes for the bolts, perfect fit!!! You can also use the hole puncher for the larger aligning dowel holes, just have to move around and take a few bites to make it larger!
