Additive for methanol in gas

Have not seen it here on the page so thought I'd ask if anyone has used any of the new products that are supposed to counter the effects of Methanol. There seems to be quite a few people making it and some say they are good up to 2 years. Stabil actually offers a new product with it included. My thought is if its tested and it works it may help a lot of guys here with carb issues when the bike sits a while. We all unfortunately know the season of cold will soon approach.

A motorcycle dealer advised me to try K100 Fuel Treatment. They feel that this is the better treatement out there. K100 addresses the negative effects of ethanol in fuel in "open" fuel systems (fuel systems that are vented) such as ours are. I am using it especially in the winter or any lengthy periods of non-use.

Check out their website. The heading on the site "phase separation" addresses fuel with ethanol specifically. They make one for diesel too.
