XJ brake lever hard to pull?

    Well with the bleeder cracked open the lever and piston moves all the way with little pressure. Easy as pie. I filed the piston smooth, re-bled the brake and tightened it all back up. Same feel as before. Still stops fine.

    Guess my front brake system is just really solid. Unless there are other recommendations I'm gonna call it done.

        I contacted info@xj4ever.com and bought the line below (along with the rest of the set).

        HCP2840BLKST Aftermarket DOT-approved braided stainless steel BRAKE LINE ASSEMBLY, from the front master cylinder to the right front brake caliper, with black sheathing. Includes the rubber sleeve grommets for the hose routing bracket as original. FOR USE WITH ORIGINAL XJ1100 OEM MASTER CYLINDERS.
