  • Spark Plug cables

I was thinking about putting on new spark plug cables but not sure which ones i need. I mean Ohm wise? I've seen 3,5, and 8 ohm cables, I don't know which I need? I know someone out there has the answers, please help?

    Plug wires

Hey Dude, Have you got stock ones on now as they are part of the coils, you would need to change coils as well. Just a thought....MITCH

I still have the stock ones. and the original coils. Does that mean I have to change to coils too? Are they not removable?

        Plug Wires

Poorboy, go to tech tips, left side of this page. Hit Repairs on the next page. Scroll down to plug wire replacement. It will guide you through the replacement of the wires using the original coils.

That looks like a more afordable alternative than buying new coils. But again, does it matter what ohms the wires are that i'm replacing them with?

Get stranded copper or stainless steel core wires, not the resistor type. Look for either Accel, SCAT or similar on Ebay. I just did mine and they look awesome in yellow. Enjoy.
