I finally have my 79 SF up and running, thanks to all those with suggestions on how to make this old girl go. Running well too, (knock on formica). A few questions: A) I need a set of highway pegs, preferably engine mount style, that are adjustable with a reach extending away from the down tubes. The current set are on a case guard, which is coming off quickly, and are sitting to close and high for my taste, I fell like I am riding to high, if you know what I mean. Any ideas would be welcome. B) I have a still stock tank, paint is in excellent condition albeit with two/three tiny chips which I would like to touch up. Color is red (I believe the Yamaha color for that year was Crimson Red, but I may be wrong). Does anyone have a suggestion of a currently offered touch up paint that may work in a small application like this? C) I have been looking at the Saddlemen dual bucket. My seat is I believe, original and in great shape (or has been redone using the original diamond stitching) but it is pushing me right up against the tank, particularly on stops. Would like something with a little "sit in" feel than what I have. Any reccommendations/opinions? D) Finally, along with the seat change, I really need a back rest for pax. Is there any aftermarket that would fit without doing voodoo to the rails and mounting points? Again, thanks for any help ahead of time, Ride safe, Jon
