  • Plug gap

Hello, I am new to the XS11 life but for the past year my 79 has done everything I asked and more. I feel like the old PacMan eating up the road.
That being said what is your recommendation on plug gap?

I would use 028"-.032" for stock coils, for aftermarket high output coils, .035"
    2H7 (79) owned since '89
    3H3 owned since '06

      Welcome to the site!
Glad you are enjoying your XS1100. The people on this site are certainly a great resource.

Are you going to be able to attend Some-Part-All of the upcoming XS Rally on Sept 28-29-30 at the Iron Horse Motorcycle Lodge in Stecoah NC?? If you are near Atlanta or North GA we have 5-6 XSives that ride regularly, all year round. (see the Southeast thread for some 2012 Rally & Shirt info). Got folks from Canada to Texas (and Oklahoma), NY to FLA riding in to attend. If you can't do the whole Rally at least join us for Day Ride or meet us for Lunch. Would be great if you could join us!!
