I was going to buy it until I saw the front reflectors were missing...
It's a nice looking 30+ year old motorcycle. I hope it bring $7500, just makes ours worth a little more.

        Pushing the limit?

They pole-vaulted completely over it. If you are going to "restore" a bike and then market it as collector quality; you better have all of your $#!t in one sock.
That being said; there's a sucker born every minute and the bike is likely to sell.

Realityis all the failure points being identified are what is non-stock about the bike. Until I found this site and spent the years I have on it, I could NEVER have told you any of the things that make that bike incorrect from stock. So 90% or better of the folks looking at it on EBAY will have no idea either.

If your looking for a strong bike with that kind of styling that is turn the key and ride, then you might buy that bike. Stranger things have happened, but then again, that is ALOT of money for a 32 year old bike.

              Should be black

Isn't it a Midnight Special painted white?
But then the engine should be black too..... hmmm

I think they're just using eBay to advertise it. It won't sell at that price. Someone may go buy it for $3K and think they're getting a deal. I think that's what they're hoping.
